Hey guys! It is Aiko with Schwagirl. I am an American English pronunciation coach.

Welcome to my podcast “The Voice of English”

The purpose of this podcast is to encourage English learners and also English teachers. We all share tips and points of how we can improve our English and become better communicators.

In Episode 9, I invited Ayaka Kawamoto from Omotenashi Eigo, based in Japan.

Ayaka is currently working as an English teacher in Japan and is starting a new English course for personal travel guides to acquire English skills. If you are interested in becoming a travel guide and introducing your hometown in English, you want to definitely check out this episode! She will let you learn your mindset for speaking English and useful English phrases to guide your town, learn how to organize your own tours and express yourself in English, and make presentations about your local town. She mentioned that Japanese accented English is acceptable. Her message is very encouraging and she wants you to be proud of your accent!
